Welcome to Alfa Plus Plus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview:

Alfa Plus Plus provides website design, software development, VFX, 3d animations, and related services ("Services"). The specifics of the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between Alfa Plus Plus and the client ("Client").

2. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services. Timely feedback, materials, and approvals are essential for the project's completion.

3. Payment Terms:

Payment details, including fees, charges, and payment schedules, will be specified in the agreement between Alfa Plus Plus and the Client. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights developed during the project remain the property of Alfa Plus Plus until full payment is received from the Client. Upon payment, the Client gains rights to use the developed assets as outlined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Alfa Plus Plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services provided.

7. Termination:

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein. Upon termination, the Client shall compensate for completed work or Services rendered until the termination date.

8. Modifications to Terms:

Alfa Plus Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes and continued use of the Services after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Alfa Plus Plus and the Client concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using the Services provided by Alfa Plus Plus, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
